Here at ‘Lexs Lounge’ we value each and every one of our clients and we always strive to provide the very best service. In keeping with this, a reminder email and SMS to your mobile is sent 48 hours prior to your appointment.... Please keep in mind we require at least 24hours notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment. This allows others the opportunity to take the appointment. It is unfortunate that we have to implement consequences, however, any person who chooses not to turn up to their appointment without notifying ‘Lexs Lounge’ and repeat last minute cancellations will be banned from booking ALL future appointments.
