23.01.2022 During the Quiet times at present I was able to refurbish this characteristic property on their front and back deck and stairs prepping for sale, Replaced top and bottom rails and vertical balustrades with LOSP treated pine Replaced pine post with hardwood post for a stronger structure Sanded all decks and step treads to bare timber and cleaned before stain application Painted all new timber handrails and existing handrails...
