24.01.2022 Liquid Herb Magic . . Recently in clinic I’ve had ALOT of young women coming to see me with nasty side effects from coming off the Oral Contraceptive Pill such as :... . Amenorrhea (no menstrual cycle, ovulation or period) Trouble conceiving (linked to above) Endometriosis Polycystic ovarian syndrome Acne or severe skin breakouts Hirsituism unwanted dark hair in places you didn’t before Thyroid dysfunction Weight gain fluid retention Feelings of depression and anxiety High blood pressure (this is a scary one!) . 07.01.2022 The last few days have been pretty heart breaking to say the least It’s also been a very real lesson that nothing is certain and anything can be taken away from you at anytime. Detachment is one of the limbs of Yoga, right now we are all needing to practice detachment. That is a very powerful and refreshing thought. I was feeling sad and sorry for myself but now it’s time to Re-set. Adapt. and go with the flow. Embracing this change. Although my Yoga studio and clini...c is temporarily closed I’m officially setting up an online virtual Yoga studio with group classes! We had a test run last night which was heaps of fun thanks to everyone who joined in! keep and eye out for more details finalising a timetable right now! Feel free to comment any suggestions below .
