Whether you would like to take her up on the offer of a one off short consult to get you up and going, or prefer the weekly support and accountability of a membership program, we have the options for you. Contact Jacquie ...at [email protected] to discuss your options and sign up.* *Should Jacquie identify a reason why a more comprehensive Exercise Physiology Assessment and treatment program would be better suited to your needs she will discuss this with you at the time of your initial appointment. Whilst these programs are generally aimed at people with no known underlying injury or health condition, they may also be suitable for someone who has been completing their rehab, but is looking for ongoing general support to maintain their gains and find new ways to keep active whilst we are all adjusting to life in the times of Co-vid 19.

05.01.2022 *Announcement* Fox Fitness have made the difficult decision to push back their reopening in light of recent changes to covid restrictions. Due to the new advice regarding travel to and from hot spots, we at Life In Action have also decided to cease all face to face consults including Coolaroo Clinic, Melton Specialist Clinic and home visits until further notice. The safety of our staff and clients is our first priority and we need to do our bit to stop the spread of covid. ...We are still offering sessions via Telehealth and can happily help you through the online process. If you have a booking this week you will receive a phone call today to discuss reschedule options. We appreciate your understanding, continued support and patience while we adapt and overcome to the current situation. #Repost @foxfitnessgym with @get_repost Taking into consideration the press release by Dan Andrews last night, we have decided to push back our reopening until further notice. Reassessing our options daily and taking into consideration all government updates. Please know that this was not an easy decision for us. 04.01.2022 How is everyone going with their movement grids today? I still need to take the dogs for a walk which will get me to 5000 steps and then a yoga flow to wind down before bed. I needed to drop a letter off at the post office so I decided to ride my bike instead of driving to get a bit of extra movement in. Thankyou to everyone who has been posting their grids, Rebecca and I are really enjoying seeing everyone’s active ideas and it’s certainly helping to keep us accountable! Let’s keep this going!



01.01.2022 Good morning everyone! Slow start to the week, but here is my new grid. I got through my walk yesterday but that was about it... How are you all going with the transition from daylight savings? I thought it might have been different this year, being mostly in isolation, but as Monday is my afternoon away from the house to see some clients at Alphington Sports Medicine Clinic I still felt the effects afterwards! Have started this morning with my Pilates, and a big bowl of warm Chia porridge (as opposed to the pudding I've been having from the fridge)... How does your brekky change as we move towards colder mornings? Let's keep those grids coming in. Would love to see some Kids Grids this week! #OnTheGrid #LifeinAction #ActivelyIsolating
