24.01.2022 Welcome to my 3 part posts to Find Yourself In Trust. There are 3 things that you need to know for you to be sustainable in your own healing journey from childhood trauma without having to be codependent on a therapist or clinical therapy ever again! (With exceptions to neurological conditions of course)... 1. Accountability of your own thoughts. 2. Heal your childhood and adult traumas. 3. Manage your childhood traumas. Let's work our way up. PART 3: MANAGE YOUR CHILDHOOD TRAUMAS You know that feeling when you feel anxious, triggered, controlling or reactive? This is the part of the wounded inner child where a past memory has been brought to your consciousness for you to have awareness of. Childhood traumas are simply false programs that run old timelines and broken paradigms that induce fear, scarcity and struggle in the mind. We feel this is our reality but really it's an illusion that we find ourselves fall victim to. You might be thinking, so how do I break-free from my past? 1. Seek guidance from a professional in this field who can TEACH YOU (not just heal you) how to be your own coach and healer 2. What brings joy to your heart? High vibe emotions is medicine for your inner child. Take some time to stop getting caught up in seriousness, hardness and responsibilities and play with the child inside of you. Here's what put a smile on my dial, create art on the beach, collecting seashells, dance to my Spotify playlist, enjoying my fav bliss balls and say YES when a soul sister says, "You wanna go to _____ tomorrow?" 3. Most importantly, you must CHOOSE to accept, forgive and embrace all aspects of you including the wounded inner child, inner critic, self-sabotage and your ego. The shadow side of you is always presenting an opportunity what needs to be loved even more. Make peace with your past. Move mountains and find your YOU. 22.01.2022 How can you create a new life through trauma recovery and why law of attraction doesn't work for everyone. Let me hit two birds with one stone with this. What keeps us looped into a stuck in a rut rat race reality is trauma. Trauma is an old program running by default wired in your mind to think in a very limited, extremely controlling and fearful way which clogs up your abundance flow to ripple into all areas of your life.... This is why LOA doesn't work because when we tell ourselves positive affirmations, we repel them and immediately don't believe in it. This happens to so many people (myself included) because they are blocked and suppressed with traumatic memories stored in the body and trapped fugly emotions and distortions of themselves in the past. And we beat ourselves up why LOA doesn't work for me. As soon you purge out your suppressed emotions of your traumatic experiences as a child and adult and potentially past lives and karmic ties, you let go of an old program. You become more and more expansive in your perspective on life, your feelings of self-worth rises and you start noticing abundance flowing into your life. I had clients who received a $15K pay increase, securing a full-time job on a visa (and at peak of COVID), attracting a new and healthy lover and reducing their anxiety levels (drug-free). And here's the thing. Trauma recovery isn't a quick fix, it's a lifetime commitment to yourself so you can continually bring in higher levels of abundance into your life by embodying a new program called TRUST. This requires a great deal of self-awareness to recognise when the old program is playing up and to catch it out so you can rewire it to CHOOSING trust, not trauma as the new program. 15.01.2022 Do You Sabotage Your Success? What if you knew how to celebrate yourself and your wins without feeling overwhelmed, numbed out or unworthy? At 26, I had 2 positive cashflow investment properties. I did this with my own sweat and tears. This would typically be a great achievement and something to be celebrated.... However I couldn't withstand the headache of managing these properties and the hefty repayments on a single low income. I couldn't handle the financial expansion of my success because I saw having a mortgage as debt and responsibility. I felt suffocated and overwhelmed. So I decided to sell them and received 6 figures in cash. I wasn't excited and far from relieved. I didn't know what to do with this big sum of money. So my ego decided to destroy it all by starting up an online dress business that drained all of my money and I was so close to being homeless. The problem wasn't the overwhelm of paying mortgages or managing a dress business. The problem was inside of me. I was conditioned by my parents to survive and not thrive. Mum would say it's not good to receive things from people because they won't like you. No wonder I had a hard time receiving and retaining money. Childhood trauma tells you it's not safe to feel into them high vibes of success because you're not worthy of it. You may feel the opposite where you feel overwhelmed and don't know how to contain these feelings because it's just too much for the nervous system to handle. This is why so many people have money problems and relationship struggles. They don't know how to contain and receive love and abundance in all forms so instead they push it away. 12.01.2022 Do You Outsource Your Sovereignty? I admit, I've been one who jump from one mentor to another, one program to another or have at least 2 coaches working with me at the same time. I spent over $80,000 and 8 years in therapy and self-development because I was trying to look for the answers and most of time, the solution wasn't really there.... The problem with this is that I'm not giving myself sufficient time to anchor in their teachings in order to embody the energetics behind their work. From here we create a codependency on therapy, mentors and self-development experiences to feed us this high. Once the high wears off, you feel like you're back to zero. What if you could trust your own sovereignty to make the right choices that feels in alignment with you? Without having to rely on this person's opinion or the news for false hope. 07.01.2022 Do You Struggle with Emotional Boundaries? What if you knew how to have healthy boundaries with yourself? How long should it take you to grief a loss, a breakup and so forth? Boundaries set you free. Avoid going into one extreme into another e.g shutting down your feelings to going into a mental meltdown. Swinging your emotions like a pendulum isn't sustainable nor is it healthy.... I like to give myself a time limit and give myself full permission to express what I'm really feeling in order to heal. If I'm feeling triggered, I will give myself 2 days to process it and let go of feeling victimised without bypassing my pain. I give myself 30 days to recover from a breakup and again, give myself permission to feel into the anger, grief and shame so I can fully show up for myself before I move onto the next one. 06.01.2022 How to Overcome PTSD We often get panicked when a doctor or psychologist gives us a label that you suffer from PTSD or whatever disorder they prescribed. Some of us may feel relieved to hear this knowing we got something to work with.... Dare I say, don't get caught in the labels. They are symptoms of the problem and not the deep rooted cause itself. Why is it that some people suffer from PTSD? If you do suffer from PTSD, when is the first memory have you experienced a traumatic experience in your childhood? 02.01.2022 PART 2: HEAL YOUR CHILDHOOD TRAUMAS AND ADULT TRAUMAS Read my previous post for PART 3: MANAGE YOUR CHILDHOOD TRAUMAS. Let's get clear on this. Why clinical therapy has failed on so many people?... It's just 1 method which limits the client to access their fullest potential in their healing, expansion and integration. It also keeps them looped in their program. Trauma is complex and layered with a gazillion false beliefs from the first 8 years of life. This is called childhood conditioning which plays out in adult life such as PTSD, abusive and toxic relationships, substance abuse, sexual harassment, cyber bullying etc. Trauma is not only an old program in the mind, it's stored energy trapped in your body where suppressed emotions needs to be released. This is why so many people feel on edge and have high anxiety levels. When we don't release trauma, we recycle it in our body recreating the same experiences projected out into other relationships. And it feels real. We label them as 'stuck in a rut'. Engage in MULTIPLE healing modalities for extensive recovery. Just to name a few for you... I'm here to show you how you can be your own coach and healer where you CAN experience REAL results that LASTS for a lifetime. Be informed. Educated. Curious. Don't rely on anyone to do the work for you. It's 100% your responsibility to do the work and 100% their responsibility to guide you the way to the other side (without creating a codependent relationship). I have no interest in my clients clinging onto me for more than 3 months if not 6 because I teach them how they can sustain themselves in between sessions and after our time together.
