24.01.2022 StandBy Murray recently partnered with the Benalla community in North East Victoria to deliver Pathways to Care on 24/11/17. This was the first StandBy worksh...op delivered in the new expanded site region. The workshop included compelling talks by the local police and ambulance, and attendees worked passionately to identify ways that their community can support each other following a suicide. Over 20 people attended from 16 organisations. StandBy Murray looks forward to continuing to work with Benalla and other Murray communities in the future! See more

13.01.2022 These heroes are fundraising for Victorian Lifeline.

12.01.2022 The number of people answering calls for Lifeline in the Bendigo region has fallen in recent years. One volunteer said it's "absolutely extraordinary" how many people in the community have no one to talk to in times of need - and encouraged others to sign up.

12.01.2022 Thankyou SO MUCH to all who helped make our Trivia Night a great success! Thanks to our sponsors, our organisers, our trivia host, and to all the fun people who came to play and have fun! Can you see yourselves in these photos?

11.01.2022 Are you interested in knitting? StandBy Murray is currently seeking volunteers from the Goulburn Valley and North West, Central, and North East Victoria to knit bears like this cute one in the photo. We provide the bears to people who have been impacted by suicide to let them know that their community is thinking of them. For more information, please contact StandBy Murray Coordinator Lucinda Fraser on 0429 565 943 or [email protected]
