I came into contact with hundreds of people who were saying all the same thing- I'm not happy what I'm doing, I need a change but don't know how/where to start- my number one piece of advice? The overwhelming message from nurses, teachers, retail employees IT employees, - the list is endless that everyone is sick an tired of working in a toxic work environment. That is working with people who are operating out of fear of losing their jobs rather than for the good of the organisation/company or supporting fellow work colleagues. Without naming anyone or organisations what story/experience do you have to share????
