25.01.2022 When @the_sunkissed_kitchen has a dream about warm rainbow porridge, she makes it happen! . "I dreamt about picking borage flowers last night...they were blue and pink and I was in the middle of a rain storm...haha, so, when I woke up i knew I had to add some to my breakfast! . Warm porridge after a cold shower on a chilly Sydney morning is definitely a nice thing to start the day with! Hahaha it seems crazy having cold showers in winter, but I truly feel warmer for the ...rest of the day! . . Anyone else a cold showerer? (That’s probably not even a word ) . . This was just porridge (1/3 cup oats, 1 cup water) topped with some coconut yoghurt, which I mixed with some @lifecykel lions mane, and @life.of.cha sexy ruby powder . And we can only give our families what’s inside So no superheroes are not born they are created #eatrightfeelright with homemade jelly by @livinguponarainbow #siliconedish Vegan Jelly Recipe : 3/4 teaspoon agar agar powder 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice for the blue colour 1 cup @life.of.cha butterfly pea tea and for the purple colour 1 cup of the butterfly pea tea mixed with a few drops of lemon juice 1 cup filtered water 1/4 cup white sugar Mix ingredients in pot bring to boil for about 2 minutes, pour in serving dish then refrigerate

12.01.2022 It's been a "berry" hectic day, hope you're all keeping hydrated! . We've brewed up Hydrate tea today which is a great way to fill up on electrolytes + an awesome Gatorade substitute (without all the artificial stuff). . This is made from hibiscus flowers (super pretty in the teapot). It has a berry tart flavour to it (lots of vitamin C ) so it pairs well with some honey!... . 11.01.2022 My personal favourite black tea - Le Grey (French Earl Grey) The very first time I opened this tea up, you get a burst of beautiful fruity + floral tones. The heavenly scent just dances off every corner of the room and fills it with so much happiness. . It was one of the first teas in my collection. I personally love Earl Grey tea, it's feels quite fancy and elegant. But when I discovered Le Grey, that just blew me out of the water! It was honestly the best one I've tried... so I had to have it in my collection (plus a great excuse to have almost unlimited supplies of it ) . This recipe is a Zesty French Earl Grey Latte : 1. Brew Le grey + orange slices for 2-3min and strain 2. Add 1 tspn honey 3. Add frothy milk 4. Optional (cinnamon sprinkles - love spices and gives it a pretty finish) . Do you love French Earl Grey? 10.01.2022 What's all the fuss about hydration? . Well you need water for digestion. Why is that important? Because water moistens your food (saliva), digests the food (gastric secretions) and transports nutrients to and from cells (blood), discard waste (urine) + via heat (sweat)....phew! That was a whole bunch of words. Hope i didn't lose anyone along the way . So if we don't have water in our body, it's like a domino effect and the rest of your body doesn't have the resources ...to do what it needs to do. .
