21.01.2022 Do you blame somebody or blame yourself instead of looking at the systems that you have in place? "The problem is most likely a faulty system, taught Dr. W. Edwards Deming. People cant perform better than the system allows" How well are the systems that you have in your life working? I have had a lot of practice correcting faulty electronic, electrical and mechanical systems during my more than 50 years of working as a service technician. I now more usefully apply these skills to correcting the systems that people and organisations use.

20.01.2022 I have family, friends, coaches, books, resources, good food and a place to live. My study, learning and applying what I have learned helped me to have all this that I enjoy. My greatest satisfaction comes from working together as a member of a team, for example working as a member of the team of people who very successfully put on the live music spectacular stage production of Jesus Christ Superstar at the Capitol Theatre in Sydney in 1972-1973. More recently, a smaller team in a different industry, the production team at Nutra Foods in Ranui, New Zealand packing grains, nuts, milk powder, other products and mixes into thousands of little packets using the different machines in the factory. Now I am focusing on being a member of each of my client's individual teams working to handle the challenges and achieve outstanding results.
