23.01.2022 I’m freaking out a little about working full time in a couple weeks, as I like to be spontaneous with our meals, so I’m busy getting myself prepared..... Comment ‘yes please’ if you’d like to know what I’m doing to use my time wisely and limit the chaos in the mornings and afternoons during the week to make sure we still eat well and I don’t lose my s!#t at anyone I love

18.01.2022 Recently I’ve had a refresher of ‘information’, same stuff, same people, from the same books I’ve read, but as I re-listen, there’s new learnings. If you don’t change, you may as well put the timeline of your past, on the timeline of your future. You’re going to have the same over and over and over. We are so conditioned in every part of our lives, change is confronting, scary and unknown, but it’s the only way to evolve to find the best version of yourself. I’ve been doing ...it completely unknowingly, worse, I thought I wasn’t doing it. My past is why I love my work, but the future is actually the real space I want to go to. My soul chose everything- EVERYTHING, and for my whole journey I’ve complete gratitude.
