17.01.2022 Tonight we made mistakes and we are very sorry about it. Some clients contact us and they were not happy with us. We appreciate their effort and understanding. A batch of pizzas went out tonight not to our usual standards. We put the wrong amount of yeast (less than normal) and the bases did not rise. The result was a dry like biscuit base that eventually burned toppings. We are really sorry that we have disappointed regulars and people who tried us for the first time. We admit our mistake and hopefully who ever was effected will give us another opportunity next time. Luckily the next batch of dough (like the one on the photo) cooked so much better.
