10.01.2022 Good news team Lifestyle!!!! We’ll be open unstaffed from 6pm today (24/7 access only) then back to normal staffed hours from 5.35am tomorrow including group fitness classes (new timetable) and childminding IMPORTANT: Masks are mandatory for the next 10 days in all areas of the Club including some group fitness classes. You cannot enter the Club without a mask or towel and you must continue to sanitise on entry and wipe down all touch points on equipment as usual. Let’s all work together to keep each other safe

05.01.2022 ***IMPORTANT UPDATE*** The latest government information regarding the requirement to wear a face mask during indoor exercise is - Whilst in the Club, you will not be required to wear a face mask whilst undertaking strenuous exercise such as -... Strenuous cardio training eg running, rowing or cycling Group Fitness classes eg RPM, FIT45, Metafit, Boxing, Pump Strenuous strength training such as squats, deadlifts etc. Masks should be worn during rest periods and during lighter weight training You will still be required to wear a face mask at all other times whilst you are in the club including: Entering and exiting the club Walking around the club In the bathrooms and change rooms dropping off/picking up in childminding We thank you for your understanding and compliance during this 10 day period.
