I love this movement as a finishing smash and grab it hit all of your #stablisers and major #core #corestrength #corestrengthening #unilateraltraining #training #rdl / #reverselunges #kettlebell by combining these two movements I targ...et the #corestrength and #hamstrings through the back of the leg #posteriorchain and then transfer load over to the #quads and #glutes pick a spot in front of you keep your #scapulas switched-on. The foot going back and the knee coming back through to the front need to be deliberate quick actions as they play a big role in #counterbalance through the set... I load the working side but also like to like to hold weight in both hands which might help while learning the movement . 20.01.2022 #liftgymsydney #lift #training trainingmotivation #fitness #fitnessmotivation #mobility #mobilitytraining #deadlift #squats I call this under the bridge its a good preparation for general training this is a good little preparation to go through your first few sets at the front of your #workout #workoutroutine to make sure that your body is ready to lift as heavy as you can...its also a great stretch of your feeling tight through your day and have been stuck at your desk ...with a sensitive #lowerback #lowerbackpain - on the forward placed foot reach for the ankle and for side that your knee is on the ground take your time to first see if the elbow can reach the floor, it might be too much so just take your time on getting that elbow to the ground making sure not to hurt yourself by overstretching the idea would be to grab the ankle or even the heal of the shoe as an anchor point for your stretch at the back too like what I do in this clip... this opens the lower back up nicely. I like to get a little lateral movement from side to side while Im in the stretch for further #mobilisation DO NOT RUSH THE STRETCH See more

For years it had restricted my squats depth. Had it popped back in and we are good to go but getting the #biomechanics working to there #optimumfunction ability is challenging the squat was looking good enough and I was getting there with the load but it... was getting more about the load and less about the #rangeofmotion I have #deload -ed my squat by 50kg and increased the range massively... my legs are getting the range. Who would have seen this coming with there 20/20 VISION I really hope that everyone is well and training as much as they possibly can in the conditions we are now seeing ourselves living in get some of that hi-intensity bodyweight circuits going get a sprint/run/jog/walk around the park I know how it kept me from losing my marbles completely through this Covid-19 pandemic. ... Looking at how the government is going to reverse engineer the economy shut down and get us all back to some semblance of normality again... Phase one is kicking off Friday 15th May. Gyms and health clubs will be in phase two of the road map so Im penciling in the reopening of LiFT to be around the 15th of July (fingers crossed) This being said, I am working off of a guess that the NSW government is rolling out these three stages on a month by month basis.
