20.01.2022 All Day Divine Play coming up. A full day of embodied expression and embodied connection. A good chance to fill up your 'yum' cup. 07.01.2022 Hello Tribe, welcome to Lila. Lila is a Sanskrit word that can be loosely translated as deep play. It is a way of describing all reality and the cosmos as the outcome of creative play by the divine. Lila is play as the way to awaken. Our workshops, courses, dance journeys, open house evenings and performance art provide the safe space and time to use play to peel away the layers of inhibitions and conditioning holding us back. We'll be coming together to celebrate and co-crea...te as we all uncover and share our unique authentic expression. We are Tess and Caitlin and we have been co-creating a platform for our shared soul purpose of self expression and exploration together for 10 years. We began in Duesseldorf, Germany, and now we've found our perfect Lila home by the river in the rainforest in Kuranda. More than a business, Lila is a way of life for us. At home and in our workshops, we are devoted to discovering ourselves through play, authentic expression and creation, serious and light. We are also homeschooling our daughter, Mira, and Lila is our approach to support her learning. Lots of free play, creativity and freedom of expression for her to learn about the world and who she is. 03.01.2022 Our group sculpture at the end of an enchanting night drawing us deeper and deeper into presence and connection. Wednesday night's theme was "What's In the Way"....exploring what's in the way of being our fullest, most alive, authentic selves. We danced and mewed like alley cats, we shed snake skins, and we danced through conflict. And each participant had the chance to stand in front of the audience and feel and express their way through their fears, their nerves, their tens...ion, their head talk, and experience freedom, presence and connection on the other side. We were reminded how little we need to do to be worthy of being seen by an audience - when we are truly present, and authentic, everyone is mesmerising. Thanks again for your raw and generous participation everyone. You make our hearts pump!! We are taking a break for some bush time next week. See you in two weeks. xo See more

Being gently opened up through divine play, dance, embodiment, connection, touch, nature and yummy cacao to be able to freely give and receive love. All the feelings we've experienced so far at the sensual delight nights - joy, expansion, softening, release and the one love - for the entire day.
