21.01.2022 Today has been working through some energy blocks. It seems feeling worthy and being enough is one that keeps popping up. How many times have you doubted yourself on something because you havent felt good enough? Or when it's right there for the taking...you don't take it because you feel you are not worthy of it? Today mine was surrounding money...how the way I feel about money (dirty word and not a conversation to have publicly ). Well I am changing that limiting belief wit...h positive affirmations. I am worthy of it. I am enough. How do you really feel when I comes to money ?

I can feel it in the air already, the change coming when it gets close to December which means...my birthday...Christmas...the mad panic to get elf on the shelf moved each night....Christmas tree up...present buying...goal setting for next year. 20.01.2022 Hi I'm Geri. As my business grows I thought I should share a few things you probably didn't know about me. 1. I am a Sagittarius (need I say more?) 2. I am an enrolled nurse and was finishing my registered nursing when I realised I was crazy and that is not the way I wanted to help heal people ... 3. I finished year 12 when I was 16yrs old and move to Sydney a month later by myself to studying performing arts for 2yrs. 4. I can still do the splits (at 35yrs of age) although I struggle to get up again 5. I met my husband (5yrs married)on a sail boat in Croatia, then randomly ran into each other twice in London over a period of 2 months (fate was really getting involved here) If I dont personally know you I would love to know one thing about you. 20.01.2022 Wow It seems that the more we learn, the more we learn how bad we have been. Do you consider eco-friendly gifts when gift giving? Do you gift consciously? ... When I forget or am in a rush to buy a gift I just get something that does not consider any of these. I certainly have been trying harder to be more conscious with gift giving as I believe it is more meaningful and thoughtful and we love receiving gifts like this.

19.01.2022 How bloody scaring is this! At some point in your life I am sure you have experienced depression and/or anxiety. The difference with it being a phase or a stage is completely different when you just can't see through the fog. At times in my life I have battled with depressive episodes and each time I have sought help to get through it. That journey has lead me to where I am today and the spiritual pathway that has taught me an incredible amount about myself. ... For others they are not so lucky...they can't get help, they are not sure where to turn, it all feels like too much...and these are young kids . These stats are from @beyondblue but do not take into consideration the current pandemic we and our kids are faced with. Its more important than ever to give kids and young adults the tools to help develop their mindset into a healthy positive one. To remind them its ok not to be ok...but we ask for help when we are not. But that starts with us... R U Ok?

19.01.2022 Happy Friday to you! This weekend for Father's day i sent hubby away on a men's retreat. I think it's so important for men to look after their mental health and self care just as much as women. As men they feel so many pressures of being a provider, support center all the while being a REAL man about it. Well this time away is for them to be a man but also release any built up pressures and tap into their true being without any judgement. 18.01.2022 I am Calm After spending three nights away on a retreat here on the beautiful sunny coast run by @synergy.women i was able to enjoy some much needed time out to regroup and recollect my thoughts. It doesn't have to be a retreat that allows us time to gather ourselves (but gosh they are worth it ), just small moments throughout the day that enable us to remain calm and in control of our own thought processes, to not only survive but thrive!... 16.01.2022 You are my spiritual teacher kid Becoming a mother took my spiritual journey to a whole new level and it continues to do so daily. Every day I learn more and more about myself. Sometimes its things I don't like but it gives me the power to recognise it and change it.... My eldest daughter has walked this Earth more times than I, and was sent here to teach me all the things I am yet to learn about being a better person. 15.01.2022 Time with our kids doesn't have to be expensive Sometimes when we are thinking of activities that we can plan and organise for when the kids are home require too much time and $$$. ... If your kids are anything like mine...I spend 15mins setting something up to only be played with for 2mins (if im lucky). I love spending quality time with the girls and especially when it's an activity I love too! 10.01.2022 You are worthy! This is something I have had to work through ALOT! Whenever something would not go according to plan or some form of conflict arose, I would immediately blame myself and go down the path of....I'm not this im not that blah blah blah. Recently when listening to the audio book "the power of vulnerability" by @brenebrown (if you haven't read it yet....get on it!) She talks about if situations arise where it is easy to go down that negative thought path, It can be... turned around to simply say...yes such and such happened and I feel sad or upset BUT my worthiness is not on the line! It has been a game changer for me. I can't control how people think or feel about me, that is up to them. 08.01.2022 LOW ENERGY Somedays feeling emotionally tired sucks out way more energy than if i went for 5km run ( who am I kidding...i can't run after two kids) . Today I feel as though I have let so many people down and just trying to process all of it to deep dive where those feelings are coming from.... As a Mum I think we are expected to put our shit aside often, to be able to put others first. And sometimes it's ok to cry in front of your kids to say "mummy just needs a hug" I'm human...im raising humans...im not perfect...neither are they. 04.01.2022 What age did your kids start school? Miss L is a June baby, so we decided to let her have another year before starting school. In fact, school scares me a little because I feel they loose that opportunity to be excessively creative and play whenever they feel. 03.01.2022 Did you grow up learning about gratitude? I certainly didn't! It is something I have learnt along the way. Gratitude is more than just thanking someone for something and being grateful. It is a deep feeling of acknowledge for all the wonderful things you ALDREADY have in your life. This is absolutely a must have value we are teaching to our kids.
