05.01.2022 I’ve tried everything but I just can’t lose weight! Sound familiar? One of the BIGGEST mistakes in fat loss efforts is doubting the process >> giving up too soon!... Fat loss = time + effort + CONSISTENCY! If you can’t stay on your plan for more than a couple of weeks/days, you need to: a) change your plan up to make it more sustainable b) learn to enjoy the process and stick it out for about 6 weeks Still not happening for you?#l Consider these factors: are you being truly honest with yourself about your intake? are you making excuses more than you even realise? Eg it’s fine, I did cardio today. It’s fine, I don’t do this every day.
