24.01.2022 Here's a picture showing two pollen filters (also known as a cabin filter). The one on the right was just pulled out of a vehicle new to our service centre. We change the cabin filter every log book service because air quality in the cabin is so important to our customer’s health. The old filter has now been disposed of appropriately and the new, clean filter was fitted during the course of the routine service.

22.01.2022 A split intercooler pipe is a common issue, caused by oil degrading the rubber pipe until it can't handle the pressure anymore. If not repaired quickly, you could notice turbo lag and might even see smoke out of your engine or exhaust. . This vehicle came in because the owner had noticed a drop in power and we quickly identified it as a split intercooler pipe. . 13.01.2022 This dual fuel vehicle was towed in to us as it wasn’t running despite having petrol in the tank. We soon identified a corroded fuel tank which had contaminated the fuel pump. To get the vehicle back on the road we replaced the pump, cleaned out the fuel tank and re sealed it with a liner that forms a rubber membrane, preventing rust in the future. This is a common find in dual fuel vehicles. To avoid this happening to you, we recommend not letting petrol sit in your tank for longer than its two week shelf life.

11.01.2022 This BMW came in for a service as the owner was noticing that the back of the car was shaking around a lot. Upon inspection by our team, we discovered the mounting brackets had worn too large which was causing the issue. Since the brackets are made of aluminium which cannot be welded, we are now organising for the whole rear frame of the car to be replaced.

06.01.2022 Here's something you don't see every day! This car was towed to our service centre when the owner couldn't start it. After inspecting the vehicle, we discovered that the fuel tank had been vandalised on the underside of the car and required replacing. We organised the insurance claim for the owner right away and had them back on the road in just 2 days.

02.01.2022 This Falcon came to us this morning after experiencing a loss of braking power. It didn't take long for our team to find the problem. The brake pads had worn so thin that they had fallen through the caliper cradle!
