19.01.2022 Thank you for coming and supporting us here at Lima. We had a fantastic season and we hope it will continue into the future. After Easter, Sinsa and Jeremy will be looking after the store. And Mark and Lidia will be moving to Melbourne to open another #Creperie. Yes we know it sounds a bit #CRAZY. But we are happy to take a new risk after two great seasons in St Helens at Lima #Organica. We are opening a new Creperie "Bistrot Placek" in South Melbourne.... Why "Placek"? and not another Lima? Lima Organica is unique, based on local organic and Tasmanian Produce which is impossible to continue in Melbourne so we are diversifying and going to integrate #Polish, #French and #Hungarian cuisine into our menu. Will keep you updated with the progress. We will be opening on May 1st. So get your forks ready. If you'd like to help us out with renovations (You know how to use a hammer or use a paint brush.) we will cook for you for a month to show how grateful we are.
