We are using more warm colours, thick double layered throws, heavier fabrics and softer lighting now that the cooler months are upon us to help homes feel more inviting to potential buyers when they walk in for an inspection on a chilly day like today. Work included painting throughout, new lighting and fans, new blinds, carpet upstairs and laminate flooring downstairs, kitchen reface, new tiled splash back and new tapware in all the bathrooms and showers all finished off by styling all rooms. Scope of work included a full internal paint, new blinds and curtains, resurfacing the bath tub, huge yard cleanup and mulch, repairs to front stairs, painting of front and back stairs and front door, installing a big mirrored wardrobe in the master bedroom, installing shelving in the laundry, styling and I think that's about it! 08.01.2022 This week I’ve been working on a fun Interior Design project for a client, designing an empty upstairs space which will be used for lunch room / games room / relaxation space / in-house fri afternoon drinks where their other offices can come together and relax. A table-tennis table or air-hockey table will also be incorporated. We want it to be fun and a little quirky. Which concept do you like best? 1 or 2 ??

06.01.2022 This week it was tools down at Eagleby where we have been renovating a home for a client. This was hands down the best transformation we have seen in a home. Work included new kitchen, flooring, lighting, electrical, bathroom vanity, doors, blinds, a full internal paint, external yard cleanup, new decking, railing and painting to front and rear decks and new cladding to the front of the house which had rotted away. 05.01.2022 I slipped away to a Grade 3, 26km hike to a remote walkers camp to Summer Falls this weekend with my hiking buddy Belinda. It was steep but peaceful, really hard at times but really beautiful and so good for the soul.

But Mondays job required much more planning than usual and purchasing of a few big items (when 11 dining tables aren't quite enough) Here's a little look behind the scenes at some of the prep.
