Dish 1 - Devour this pork larb stir fry, with fresh spinach, carrot, rice noodles, flavoured with ginger, spring onion, and corian...der, Vietnamese mint and topped with fried shallots & peanuts. Dish 2 - Next up is this delicious miso tofu and eggplant rice bowl, with crisp broccolini, carrot, cucumber, spring onion, sesame seeds, soy dressing and a fabulous Japanese mayo. Dish 3 - Lastly, we have a gorgeous warm chicken salad with fried feta, olives, tomato, cucumber, thyme, charred baby cos hearts, chickpeas drizzled with lashings of black tahini yoghurt.
