20.01.2022 Rhett and I went on another adventure, this time we went to Port Macquarie, we did lots of activities such as, timbertown, Ricardo's, billabong zoo, beach to bush trike tour, walked the break wall, and loads more. Thank you Rhett for such a lovely time away.

18.01.2022 Rhett and I had an amazing respite holiday, we went to Coffs Harbour, stopping on the way at Dorrigo, where we went to a lovely Cafe and went for a walk along the skywalk, our holiday was so activity filled, we had a lot of fun at the Big Banana, whale watching experience, a tour of the dolphin and marine conservation park, walks along the beach, the Coffs Jetty, muttonbird Island, the park beach shopping centre was a lot of fun to look around, it was huge, to finish the holiday off we went for breakfast at the surf club on the beach before we left and stopped at Dorrigo in the park and had morning tea. Thank you Rhett for such a lovely weekend away.

14.01.2022 There is a lovely lady in town making 3 layered masks, she makes all different designs and sizes, the masks are fitted with a nose piece for moulding across the bridge of your nose, the masks are made with a pocket for mask filter inserts (inserts not included, can be bought off ebay), soft comfortable elastic used for ear loops, great for people with sensory disorders. The class will assist in teaching these little ones how to: - work as a t...eam - be kind one another - share with their mates - concentrate for longer than 30 seconds - physical fitness and then of course... - martial arts - self defence basics - balance - build on self esteem Come along for our free lesson at Carinya Indoor Sports Centre on either Tuesday or Friday @ 4:30pm - 5pm. Are you looking for an after school program, that will broaden your childs social and community skills while set in a safe, homely environment? Limitless Support Services is now taking expressions of interest for our after school sessions. The sessions are open from 3pm till 7pm. What we offer is support from experienced support workers while your child expresses their interests and skills, we offer a safe, homely environme...nt while your child picks which activities they would like to participate in during the afternoon, the opportunities are limitless, but to mention just some, *Arts and crafts *Toy play *Board game play *Access to computers, IPads and monitored internet access (appropriate sites only) *Movie time, in a separate theatre room *Local Park play *meditation, relaxation and yoga Afternoon tea will be provided, each afternoon, school holiday supports may also be available.
