18.01.2022 Its been an incredibly difficult week for so many business, sole traders and all Australian people due to the coronavirus pandemic. With the latest updates from the Government regarding real estate practices, we have seen the Government implement the cease of all Open Inspections on properties for the foreseeable future. For rental properties becoming vacant we are still be able at this stage to conduct one on one private viewings whilst tenanted and vacant .We at Lind Real Estate feel this is the best way forward and we are 100% committed to honoring the safety of all our clients. . The Government is still sitting down and reviewing if there will be any further changes to the tenancies terms and what that means for tenants and landlords moving forward, and hopefully we will know more later this week and will update as soon as possible.

We will need everyone to scan in using the QR code at any Open Inspections.The QR Code will be at the entrance of every Property.The is also another QR code at the Office if you attend. We know this will take some getting used but it's here to make tracing faster should it need to occur. I have provided some info below on how to use and links to download the mySAGOV App and for more info. If you have an iPhone, all you need to do is put your camera over the QR Code and a link will pop up. Press the link and put your name and number and your checked in! For android, at this stage, you need to download the mySAGOV App, but you DO NOT need to register for the App. All you need to do is press the COVID-SAFE CHECK-IN tab at the bottom, and follow the prompts. All done in 20 seconds!
