19.01.2022 Extracted some honey today from my hives down at Arthur River. This nectar is from Tagasaste. As by the picture it’s a real light butterscotch yellow. Just to show the comparison of the honey, what’s on the left is Marri, then we have Tagasaste on the right. This is what makes bee keeping exciting, taking this journey to discover the pleasure of trying new raw honey!

17.01.2022 Just in the process of making hive stands. Can make up to suit from one hive to 5 hives at one time. Made out of galvanized steel,with all ends capped. Normally we sit the hives on stands to make it easier so there is not so much bending over. Also stop the timber rotting from not sitting on moisture all the time. Makes it was easier to see snakes if they are wanting to hide under one.

It’s for Breast Cancer Care WA, and Lindzees Crafty Bees will be donating 25% of all honey sales made on the day to such a wonderful cause. We would love for the community to get behind and support us on the day, along with other stall holders.
