Links Support and Consulting Services is a Disability Service Provider, offering home and community, domestic, and capacity building supports to participants of the NDIS. Established in 2019, Links Support and Consulting Services has grown quickly to support many individuals and their families in Albany and the Great Southern. Links Support and Consulting Services believes in the fundamental rights of the individual, with the following values underpinning the way we provide our services: Fulfilment Equality Choice and Control Relationships Involvement Participation and Inclusion About You An opportunity has become available for a Full Time Receptionist to join our team. This is an exciting and varied role that will focus on front of house reception, administrative duties, rostering, and customer service. You will be able to multi-task and carry out a broad range of tasks including but not limited to reception duties including, filing, scanning and customer service, with rostering and general administration support as required. This role will also require you to be available for after hours on-call on a rotating roster. Key Requirements Advanced computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and organisational skills A general understanding and social awareness of the Disability Industry and the challenges that the sector faces will be valuable, alongside a compassionate nature and an empathetic approach. Experience in rostering staff, using rostering software and administration is desirable, but training will be provided to any successful applicant. NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to apply for one) Working with Children Check (or ability to apply for one) What We Offer Above award hourly salary of $30.49 per hour.
