11.01.2022 As we are all aware we currently need to be extra vigilant at this time so far as hygiene goes. So please adhere to the following when training. 1. If you are feeling unwell. Stay at home. Don't come to training and possibly infect others. Your health and others is more important than missing a few sessions. 2. Upon entry please use the hand sanitizer located on the left near the glass court. Please use again upon leaving. ... 3. Please bring 2 towels. One to lay on when using benches and a smaller one to use to wipe your face. So you are not wiping your face with the towel you use on benches and other equipment.
