25.01.2022 It's with a heavy heart that I am sending you all my apologies. With the excitement that under 18's contact sport is able to resume within the coming weeks, I missed the fact that it is outdoors only and gyms are sadly to remain closed. I'm so sorry. Following Mr Andrew's press release just now, we are able to finally OPEN THE DOORS on Monday 2nd November for under 18's full contact training and adult's non contact training. We have a covid safe plan in place and are super excited (you have no idea how much) to be seeing you all soon! Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our/your return.

17.01.2022 Today is the day and we are super excited to be welcoming our family back into our dojo. You will find QR codes on the front window for you to to scan upon arrival. This will take you to our facebook page and you can click 'check in'. This is part of our Covid safe plan. Please remember parents are asked check their child in via the QR code and return at the conclusion of class to collect your child from the back of the dojo.

15.01.2022 On Friday we had our first (and hopefully last!) online grading. These little champions have shown such courage and heart during these crazy times. Learning to adapt to online training hasn't been easy and it certainly has it's challenging moments. But, every week, sometimes 4 out 5 days they are there. Learning, growing, becoming stronger in many ways. Well done guys, we are so very proud of each and every one of you.

14.01.2022 Today will be our last day for the year. Come on down for your last roll before Christmas adult's classes are 12pm, 7pm and 8pm. Kid's classes at 5pm and 6pm. We will reopen on Monday 11th January.

07.01.2022 Our first week back in what feels like forever and it was an absolute cracker! To see so many smiling face come back to our beautiful dojo truly was heart warming. I think we all realised just how much our training impacts not just our physical well-being but our mental health also. The relationships being built and the respect shown for each other is amazing. We can't wait to see you all again next week!
