24.01.2022 East Loddon Lions Junior Public Speaking at Club Level. All students performed extremely well, entertaining the audience with their creative, witty and imaginative narratives. Well done to all who participated.

22.01.2022 Congratulations to all students who participated in the Lions Club Junior Public Speaking Competition. It was great to see how hard all students worked to complete their speech. Special mentions go to Sienna and Ethan as they are moving to the next level in Gunbower.

19.01.2022 Well our day was a great success! Thanks to DG Judy McKerrow for helping with the presentation of the awards. Congratulations to all the students - every single speech was awesome! Our winners are - Year 3&4 - Molly (Tocumwal Lions) and Year 5&6 - Demi Hendy (Strathmerton Lions) Runners up - Year 3&4 - Shaun (Rutherglen Lions) and year 5&6 - Anastasia (Moama Lions) Our encouragement awards went to - Year 3&4 Isaac King (Benalla Lions) & year 5&6 - Amelia (Lavington Lions) Special thanks to our Judges, timekeeper, ZC Helen & the Tongala Lions Club.

15.01.2022 This program is very important in the development of public speaking and personal development, Yarrawonga Lions went the extra step to include a student who was undergoing treatment in hospital, to allow her via UTube to take part in this years Club Final. "Yarrawonga Lions Junior Public Speaking Competition was held on Sunday 12th August, 2018 at the Lions Club room at the Yarrawonga Showgrounds. Family, friends and supporters gathered for an entertaining and enlightening ...program of prepared and impromptu speeches from the 12 participants. This year participants were from Sacred Heart Primary School, Yarrawonga College P-12 and Mulwala Public School. Unfortunately one of our students was not able to attend in person but she was adamant that she wished to participate so with the help of the Royal Children's Hospital and modern technology a YouTube video was presented. Although she did not win a place in the competition she did win a place in our hearts. We all wish her well in her recovery." See more
