21.01.2022 GEAR Update: Hats we have thanks to KLH Law! Shorts and Socks Due tomorrow 2nd March. Tracking DHL and our remaining gear was delivered today at Brisbane airport!. That is due 3rd March and fingers crossed gets through customs and we will pick up and package all gear up Wednesday!.

17.01.2022 Friggin Covid..........It is with sad news for now that the NRL just announced that: After months of monitoring the COVID public health guidelines, state government restrictions, and consultation with the Runaway Bay Rugby League club,it has been determined that hosting an event in March 2021 with the current level of uncertainty due to COVID is too great a risk to stakeholders. We have therefore decided to postpone the 2021 NRL Masters Event until further notice. This decisi...on has been made for several reasons including: Current uncertainty around the COVID-19 restrictions and the impact of border closures affecting interstate travel;and The financial risk for both the hosts and participants should the event be cancelled at the last minute due to ongoing restrictions. However, what this allows us to do is not plan events with and for the sponsors, along with some team gatherings. So over the next few months, Ill create some events for us to show support for the sponsors, supporters and more for us all to get together.

16.01.2022 Gear Update: I should have the shorts and socks delivered tomorrow from CSM. If thats the case, Ill get them to everyone ASAP. However we are relying on the rest of the gear to be delivered to Runaway Bay for us all next week, in time for the Masters. For new players, we will have spares in case. As a back up, all players that have last years jumpers, please bring in case, they will also most likely has a spare kit for us if unable to get there. Apologies, I am pushing them as much as I can for us all.

11.01.2022 Last home game of the season and already 1st grade & Reserve Grade are minor Premiers!. A win to our Ladies League Tag will also see them secure a Minor Premiership & under 18s have also made the finals!. Again a great effort from the players, a club and a committee, that doesn't pay their players in a year we won't to forget, but will always remember!. So we will look to have a Marquee on the Hill or somewhere this weekend (TBC) &;we encourage all masters players to get there & catch up!.

08.01.2022 Update: We NOW have our shorts, socks, hats and rest of the gear is on the Gold Coast!. We will package up and have ready at the hotel for collection Thursday morning for all players and or can take to the game on the first day, just message Mowy, Good Manager Nat or Bad Manager Leisa for collection of the gear!. Wednesday night they have the Welcome dinner for players who are keen to come along at the ovals.... Family Dinner booked for Thursday night at Surfers Paradise Surf Club, so far booked for 40.
