25.01.2022 Last weekend on the most glorious winters day we were lucky enough to visit @fourpillarsgin in the Yarra Valley of Victoria. They looked after us with such gorgeous hospitality. We loved our tasting with Calvin, delicious cocktails after and then were sent on our merry way with a bunch of excellent recommendations from Kirsty. We cant wait for our next visit. Until then we now have in store the Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, Navy Strength Gin, Spiced Negroni Gin and the Bloody Shiraz Gin. All absolute winners. Thanks for the good times @ Four Pillars Distillery

24.01.2022 @blackhopsbeer Caribbean Haze is a welcomed return of their 2019 Gabs beer. A delicious hazy double IPA made with Pineapple and Mango soaked in Mt Gay black label coconut rum. A complete Caribbean holiday in a glass. Minus the airline flight.

22.01.2022 We are very excited to announce that the weekly Friday tastings are back up and pouring here at Liquor Barons Herdsman. Starting off with one not to be missed. Henschke, one of Australias Premier vineyards, will be taking up residence this Friday, 4pm - 7pm. Come in for a taste of the Giles Pinot Noir, Rose Grower Nebbiolo, Stone Jar Tempranillo and the newly released Peggys Hill Riesling. Henschke wines are currently on special in store, so it is a perfect time to try before picking some up for the weekend or to stock up your cellar.

21.01.2022 Impressive can art meets impressive beer. This Neverland grapefruit hazy double IPA from @blackhopsbeer is so deliciously moorish, even for an 8.2 percent DIPA. Definitely up there with the most drinkable higher abv beers to date.

19.01.2022 New to Wylies Growlers this week @RockyRidgeBrew Black Forest Lager A 6.5%, hard to put down beer. Pours with a delicious chocolate aroma and leaves behind flavours of dusty chocolate, cherry and vanilla. Porter, Brown Ale and dark beer fans alike should not miss out on this one.

09.01.2022 This Friday we are very excited to have the winemaker from Margaret River’s @ls.merchants in store to share his wines with you. From 4pm - 7pm, Dylan will be here sharing the delicious goodness that are his wines. The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards across the Southwest of WA and the wines are made with minimal intervention and a lot of experimentation; the former to express the varietal characters, the latter to push the boundaries of conventional winemaking and pr...oduce interesting, enticing styles. In his own words We do not see ourselves as natural winemakers, we believe that we follow a path of minimal intervention, as have many before us, our aim is to express premier individual vineyard sites through wine that is made in accordance to the vintage and seasonal conditions. When you think about wine from LS Merchants you think about elegance and purity, wines that are balanced, feminine but yet powerful. Come in and try them for yourselves. We highly recommend them

02.01.2022 As always this Friday we are hosting a tasting in store, Dom from The Wine Gang will be pouring @sonsofeden from 3pm - 6pm. Get in to taste the Zephyrus Shiraz, Pumpa Cabernet, Kennedy GSM and Marshall Shiraz. Both the Zephyrus and Marshall were recently awarded 96 points in the Halliday 2021 @winecompanion edition. Delicious wines, worth the trip in to taste.
