19.01.2022 Don’t save all your advertising budget to cramp in a 2-week campaign across multiple channels once a year, instead find a channel where you can afford ongoing campaigns and support your campaigns with a push on other channels if required. This can mean heavier advertising for key events, seasons or messages but don’t stop advertising all together. Unfortunately, we see this happening all the time. Brands that push for TV or radio spots and magazine/print ads but leave the ...space after two weeks and are disappointed with the results. More often than not we have seen marketing reports that contain every little detail and would have taken hours to prepare, yet those not working directly on it, wouldn’t know or understand what the statistics and numbers even mean and what they relate to. . We've been talking about content over and over and can’t stress enough about the importance of content. However, you need to create content that engages. Engagement looks different from campaign to campaign and the intention. Don’t get distracted by just likes on posts. We’re more interested to see the overall engagement how many people commented. Is your content shared by others? Do ...people message you after they’ve seen your content? Do they click through to your website? Do they sign up to your program, or buy your product? Engagement looks different to everyone and every business but it is important that the content you put out there engages with your audience and helps you to start a conversation. So next time you create content, don’t just create content for the sake of it, create content with the thought to start a conversation however it may look like!

01.01.2022 Ever heard of the term Omnichannel marketing but weren’t too sure what it means? Don’t get it confused with the Multichannel approach. Omnichannel and Multichannel marketing might sound similar at first, but they do have a key difference. While both approaches use multiple channels to talk to the customer, in the multichannel approach, these channels exist parallel to each other. ... In an omnichannel approach, these channels are integrated and communicative with each other. This supports a seamless user experience for the customer no matter where they're reaching out from. If for example they start a live chat with your business and call later, it’s a seamless approach without them needing to explain the matter again. So you could say that all omnichannel marketing efforts are multichannel approaches as well, but not all multichannel marketing efforts have an omnichannel approach.
