New goal: 120kgs BB Bench Press from maybe 35kg - 40kg to 72.5kg! of 3 sets. Goal achieved! New goal 80kgs DB Bench Press from 12.5kg to 30kgs per arm! of 3 sets sets. DB Shoulder Press from 12.5kg to 22.5kg! of 3 sets BB Bent Over Row from 35kgs to 55kgs! of 3 sets. Lat Pulldown NOW 60kg! of 3 sets. BB Standing shoulder Press NOW 40kgs! of 3 sets. DB Hammer Curls NOW 17.5kgs Seated Row from 35kgs to 65kgs Aaaand... He gonna hurt me for saying this, but.... He can now move both his pecs whenever he desires Photo doing an isometric hold for 45 seconds.
