25.01.2022 How lucky am I to meet such beautiful Clients, each and every week. I get to share my love of lifting weights and they get to meet my gym manager aka Sooty. 23.01.2022 A challenging year behind us!!! Bush fires, Smoke that covered Sydney for months and then Covid19. Flip.... I just want to say that alot of positives have come ...out of this year. Money saved, time spent with family and my lovely clients. I have met so many fantastic people, people who come into my life and fill it with so much colour. 10.01.2022 The most important part of exercising is ‘Turning Up’, once you have turned up the rest is easy. Believe in yourself, do it for you. All my sessions are written by me and tried out by me. (I have done everything that I ask you to do). I am a Mother of 3 children, 23,19 and 15, I live in the beautiful Sutherland Shire with My husband, my children and my dog we have no other family in Australia. We have done everything for ourselves. It’s been challenging, scary and very diffic...ult! I know how hard it is to get up each day and do the best I can with the resources I have. My husband has worked away from home, he has worked long hours and I was left with 3 young children. I know it’s daunting and scary. Starting to move slowly at first and gradually stepping it up over time I started to feel better. All the thoughts have flooded through my head too fat, too weak, too tired, too much anxiety. Up until 5 years ago I never dreamed of doing exercise let alone becoming a Personal Trainer. Do you want to train with a trainer who is exactly like you? Come join my lovely clients and myself and make friends, have fun and above all start moving. Xx

06.01.2022 Happy days.... today I received a lovely message from one of my PT clients... Wow what are we, 4 weeks in. I’ve still got a damn long way to go but have been shopping today and already dropped a sz in pants. Thank you so very much for making exercise enjoyable for me for once. Not always but mostly I have been building my Personal Training business up for quite a few months. Through consistent training and hardwork i am getting alot of great results with all my clients. ... My home gym will not be far away... (my husband has just got to build the 3 sheds that have been delivered, empty out and paint the garage and the move all my weights back in... aswell as work full time! Lol) thank you to all for been patient.
