01.01.2022 Four years ago a concept was launched with four excited cheese outlets who were wanting to create something special and unique to help develop support for the true artisan WA cheese makers. WA Cheese Week was launched, where I approached a hand selected retail offer who shared the same passion as I did. With what would of been the fourth year, this WA Day long weekend remember to support all the wonderful local hand made cheeses producers who I’m sure with a long list on WA... small businesses in a huge list of industries have found the last months tough. I wanted this year to be a great opportunity grow and continue to provide a story and understanding for WA cheese artisans. Our continued support will be to do what we can to provide a story, a awareness, a education on the amazing local WA cheeses. To list just a few.
