25.01.2022 Another paddock we have been spelling for a few weeks had Miss Please & Spooky moved into it today. (Slashed and seeded with a mixture of oats etc last month) Over 12 months of spelling this perennial paddock last season was well worth it!!! This will eventually be set up and divided into foaling down paddocks

It’s a huge trip and she arrived in fantastic cond...ition! Looking forward to the next update Sammie give her a pat for us and thanks for believing in our breeding program

20.01.2022 One of the exciting studs we are breeding to this season standing at Pacific Performance Horses in QLD We have been fortunate enough to see this horse under saddle and photos really do him little justice!!! A great work ethic with a cool calm nature & a whole lot of presence!

18.01.2022 Pretty happy with how well these two came up after being clipped earlier this week! Ready to get back to some events in the near future after enjoying some down time at home here during isolation

15.01.2022 Some afternoons really are nicer than others

14.01.2022 How’s this for some cow sense

14.01.2022 A fantastic clip on what to look for in a horse that you think has sacroiliac problems. Well worth watching!! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gE0g_9Tr3UY&feature=share

13.01.2022 Loving where we are heading with Whiz a little step training under saddle. He is starting to come into his own physically with the work we are asking of him and is a real power house with a cool calm disposition. I think my mother Debbie can officially class him as stolen another Who Whiz it baby we are fortunate to have in our paddock

12.01.2022 First time out away from home under saddle for Spice today About as casual as you can get not fazed by much this horse

11.01.2022 On the home stretch for this lovely mare who is due to foal down in the next few days. Dallas has been here on agistment for over 12 months and we are very thankful her owner has trusted us with looking after her special girl who is now in the foaling down paddock ready for the newest addition to arrive

08.01.2022 stoked with how cool and calm this horse was at his first time out with others in a clinic environment Thanks so much to Melissa & Tyson for their eyes on the ground and words of expertise it was so nice to be back out at the GWRC to see everyone A fantastic weekend despite the bloody wind

08.01.2022 Safe to say the perennials have been making the most of this wet weather we have had recently! This Paddock was sown by Garry McCagh AKA dad and is the first season I have allowed horses on it for more than a day or two at a time looking forward to putting more of this in over our property with the new seeder bar currently being built A well balanced soil and quality/not over grazed pasture is one of the reasons why we see horses bloom here on agistment team that... with a happy herd environment and great things happen Featuring Spin Whiz Me & Belle Bitsy Cat

07.01.2022 Got to love Facebook memories!! Oaks Wanda Our resident Nanny and the first one we use to settle those who have arrived on spelling/ retirement agistment here at Little Creek. ... She was found in a sand paddock with two others, with her 2yr old colt and a ready to be weaned colt at foot! First photo was taken 3 says after she first arrived and once we were confident she wouldn’t go down with colic. It was a big change for her weaning two foals, coming to a new property and transitioning onto a basic diet after eating sticks and what ever blew into her paddock from next door! It has been interesting following her story after touching base with her breeder who sold her from the east coast to WA as a yearling. Her sire was ridden & successfully competed on by the late Les Rudd, with some of her siblings selling in the landmark sales for over $15,000! A little Plain to look at along side some of our pretty ponies here but definitely makes up for it in other areas. She has great bone, very kind disposition and some great older bloodlines Currently on a strict diet as she is doing a little too well at 23yrs old!!

05.01.2022 Earlier this month this classy yearling filly Spin Whiz Destiny left for her new home. We are very excited about this fillies future with her new family who also purchased 2 others previously owned & competed by us at Little Creek Stud just over 12 months ago. We are very thankful to the Martin family for believing in our breeding program and for giving 3 very special horses a fantastic home.

04.01.2022 Spin Me Please Photo taken last week while enjoying some warmer weather then what we have had today! Bring on some more rain
