15.01.2022 A great message.....MENTAL HEALTH....take care of yourself We are all busy being the BEST parent, husband, wife, friend, business owner that we can possibly be, we often forget about ourselves....you can’t pour from an empty cup! A great reminder as our lives become BUSY again!

09.01.2022 HAPPY MONDAY.... We are busy in the office this week organising everything & everyone for our classes to begin Monday 3rd August.... We rang around quite a few of our Little SHARKIES families & the consensus was a T3 start (after our normal winter break was the was to go!.) ... T3 is looking busy as usual, we can’t wait to see you all - please, if you haven’t heard from us yet, rest assured your spot is still available & we WILL be in contact this week.... 08.01.2022 SYDNEY 2000 OLYMPIC GAMES Where have 20yrs gone?! 20 years since I swam at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games! So beautiful to get a message off the Australian Olympic Committee today acknowledging our efforts all those years ago! ... I’m so lucky to live & breath what I love everyday with with our fantastic little Sharkies swimmers. #swimmingisalifeskill #swimmingisfun #2000olympicteam #swimaustralia

05.01.2022 We pride ourselves on being passionate about teaching children to swim & water safety. We love what we do & are glad it shows! To be nominated again, & this year be a Finalist is absolutely amazing! We are so LUCKY to be able to teach this lifesaving skill to so many northern beaches kids each week! Thank you for all the votes & we can’t wait to see you all next week as we begin our T4 enrolments...

01.01.2022 T1 is well & truly underway what a great start to the term we’ve hadWe wish all the kindy kids starting school today the best of luck Our afternoon classes are fully booked, BUT we still have a few morning spots available for T1....please msg/call us for availability.

01.01.2022 PLEASE READ It’s finally here....Our first day back, Tomorrow, Monday 3rd August! We are SO excited, we are READY to have everyone back in the POOL. a few NEW rules... Due to current COVID conditions PLEASE - sanitise on entry 1.5mtrs social distance is a MUST when not in the pool. If you or your little one is SICK please don’t come (if your little one has a running nose in the pool we will have to ask them to kindly hop out & come back next week - we need to protect others around us & do everything we can to STOP THE SPREAD & STAY OPEN!) We ask that where possible only one parent/carer per swimmer. We normally encourage you to hang around before or after your class for a play/chat BUT due to current restrictions & numbers allowed in our facility at any one time we ask you to come ready for your lesson & leave as quickly as possible. We know these restrictions won’t last forever but for now it’s our reality.....thank you for understanding. See you all this week xx
