25.01.2022 This week on ‘The Boss Has Knocked Off’ visual podcast...my chosen end of week thing is this freaking delicious #ribollagialla coming to you live courtesy of @enotecasydney This grape should be trending harder than Paris Hilton’s cooking channel. It’s the new Chardonnay, in the best way. This looks like Chablis, in the best way, without the Chablis price tag. Riddled with minerality, delicate lime rind and lemon juice citrus notes, and the faintest of apples and pear skins. Pretty sure you should be drinking this, I know i’m bloody glad I am.

We, like almost every venue out there, were just starting to get a sense of normality and were really enjoying putting food and wine in peoples bellies. But for now, thats on hold....
