02.01.2022 Ladies I really hate to rant but I’ll be honest these past 2 weeks have really affected me and I’m just feeling so deflated with business as some people just don’t understand that it is my livelihood! In the last TWO WEEKS I have had over $500 worth of late cancellations and no shows. Please please please, if you know you aren’t able to make your appointment do the decent thing and let me know with good timing so I can at least try and fill it. I get that life happens, but i...f you got your payslip through and realised you were $500 short I don’t think anyone would be very happy. Bills still need to be paid regardless of ‘life happening’. Deposits will start to be taken soon, and there will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS on refunds (unless you give me sufficient time!) I cannot run my business like this anymore. I’m also getting a lot that people haven’t been writing down their appointment, and forgetting it. It is your responsibility to put it in your diary, not message me last minute and state that you cannot make it anymore due to not being able to have work off, or finding a babysitter. You all know how flexible I try to be when finding a time for you, so please try and stick to it. Having a business is extremely hard work and I will be honest there has been many times I’ve wanted to throw in the towel but then I also have some absolutely amazing clients who I know will totally support me in writing this, but it’s times like this I just feel like I’m getting walked all over. I’m so sorry if this post has come across in a bad way, but I’m just over it.

01.01.2022 With technology how it is nowadays, no shows are not acceptable but yet they still happen. No shows will not be rebooked until the full amount of appointment missed is paid. If you don’t show up to your appointment on more than one occasion, you will be rejected any future appointments.
