18.01.2022 Wow, hectic times. We all need a bit of a lie down I reckon (like me in this pic!). I've been spending the last few days working through changed plans/postponements/rescheduling #postponedontcancel and generally listening to my couples and feeling for them. All are pretty devastated and that is echoed through us suppliers in the wedding industry as we scramble to assist our couples while balancing our livelihoods. It's a stressful time but I've also found myself filled with ...hope. Crises bring out the best and worst in us strange humans it seems and I know where I'm choosing to put my energy. I find myself responding to and thinking up ways to care for my family and friends and community and myself, as well as the couples and industry folk I work with. We certainly are all in this together.
