Families are encouraged like the Teddy Bear and Easter Egg Hunt to search for Poppies in their neighbourhood windows through their daily walk in the lead up to ANZAC Day. Together we will remember our brave past and present service personnel that protect our country, Australia. 19.01.2022 Red Nose Day! Red nose day is all about raising awareness for SIDS and other tragedies. "In Australia, nine children still die suddenly and unexpectedly every day. That’s more than 3,000 babies, toddlers and preschoolers every year more than double the national road toll. We are still losing them to stillbirth, SIDS, and fatal sleeping accidents. ... So while incredible gains have been made to reduce sudden infant deaths since the first Red Nose Day in 1988, the fight must continue." - Red Nose Day Website Red nose day is on the 14th of August so we are encouraging children to come dressed in something red and we will also be painting their noses red. 04.01.2022 What a great community we have! We were lucky enough to have a parent lend us a jumping castle for a couple of days for the children to enjoy. This was a fun way to encourage further development of their physical skills. What a blast the children had!
