25.01.2022 Hi again everyone! It was lovely to have our Little Lambs join us this morning for some fun activities. Today we heard the story about how Jesus healed the man who couldn’t walk. We also enjoyed a little song and dance time at the end. We look forward to coming together again in a fortnight, Friday 11th September. (Our school community will be having a pupil free day next Friday.)... Love for you to join us Blessings!

24.01.2022 Dear Families of our Little Lambs, We are excited to announce that Little Lambs will be returning next Friday August 21! There will be some slight differences, given the times we are living in.... Sanitizer will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Sign in information is required to comply with Covid-19 contact tracing rules. You might like to bring a coffee from home (or go via a drive through on the way) as we are unable to provide hot drinks for you at this time. We are very grateful for the ladies who have stepped up to help out with Little Lambs! Look forward to seeing you again very soon! Kind regards.

This Friday December 4, 9am-10:30am What? Teddy bears picnic! Special guest Chris Jaensch will share some songs with us! What should I bring? Picnic blanket, sunscreen and snacks. Parking? 23.01.2022 Just letting you know, in light of recent Covid-19 news, our Little Lambs Playgroup has been suspended for the next two weeks. Our wonderful team is preparing some Christmas activities for you to do with your Little Lambs at home. These will be available for collection from the front door of Good Shepherd church, this Friday 20th November, from 8:45am to 9:30am. Just a gold coin donation to cover costs! 14.01.2022 Friday 13th Dec - CHANGE OF LOCATION All plans for today will go ahead, but we are no longer able to use the school playground and oval so we will just move to the gym. Park near the playground on the school side of the car park and walk through the side gate to get to the gym. ... Bring: your own snacks, drink bottle and a teddy/favourite toy. We’ll have a play in the gym to start with then have our snack time picnic and join in a song time with Chris. See you at 9:30!

13.01.2022 Snapshots - Friday 13th Dec Today was our last Playgroup for 2019 and what a way to finish! Awesome active play time in the gym and then a picnic with Chris Jaensch singing wonderful songs! A big thank you to our amazing Little Lambs community. So many beautiful families with special little people! Rochelle & I (Amy) have loved being creative and setting up fun learning experiences each week and seeing everyone enjoy themselves. ... This marks the handover of leadership as Rochelle and I move on to new adventures in 2020 but Playgroup is in very capable hands and will definitely continue next year. See you all in Feb!

10.01.2022 It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! This week Little Lambs enjoyed walking to Bethlehem and discovering Jesus in a manger. There was a lot of making and creating going on Christmas decorations, stables you name it! Join us next week as we explore more of the Christmas story!

08.01.2022 The miracle we explored this morning was ‘I am a miracle!’ We enjoyed moving our bodies in all sorts of ways. Crawling, balancing, rolling We also produced some amazing masterpieces! Many thanks to some Stage Four students from the school who ran this activity. Our works of art were framed and are probably now being displayed with pride in the homes of our Little lambs!... We will be having a short break in line with the school holidays and will resume on Friday October 16. Please note: We will be trialling a new time in Term 4. Our new time will be 9:00am to 10:30am. Many thanks to our wonderful team who work together and make things happen. Have a safe, happy and restful break. See you next term!

07.01.2022 We enjoyed a wonderful morning, meeting new friends, crawling through tunnels, painting with sparkly glue and drawing with chalk. We looked after our (toy) babies and practised our threading skills. Our science enthusiasts tested to see if objects sank or floated. What an amazing world we live in! 06.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone! We had fun this morning painting , decorating and looking for Easter eggs. We listened to the story of Easter and joined in with some action songs. Check out our photos! Please note: Little lambs will be having a short break. Next week (March 26) is our school's Sports Day. The following week (April 2) is Good Friday. 05.01.2022 Today we heard the miracle of Jesus feeding 5000+. All he had to begin with was 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish! We enjoyed printing, fishing, playdough, ‘cooking on a campfire’ and action songs among other things! Come along next week for some more fun! We would love to see you!

04.01.2022 It was so lovely to meet once more this year. We enjoyed some outside play in a playground and Chris Jaensch singing some tunes for us. Swinging, digging, climbing, ‘baking’, dancing and playing instruments. Fun was had by all. Special thanks to Chris for sharing his musical gifts with us. Also, heart-felt thanks to the ladies who made Playgroup possible. Emma and Jacqui earlier in the year, and the current team of Beth, Andrea, Candita, Lucy, Dani and Katie. These lad...ies planned, prepared, prayed, created, cleaned and so much more to make Little Lambs the enjoyable experience that it is! Thank you also to Amy, who kept people up to date with Facebook posts and Debbie, Rachel and Dani who kept our playdough supplies going this year! Thank you mums, dads, grandmas and of course Little Lambs for coming along and making Playgroup such a special time. Have a blessed Christmas everyone and we look forward to seeing you again in 2021! Location: Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, in the hall (accessed through the main church doors or through the courtyard) ... Time: 9:30-10:30 am Cost: $2 per child What to bring: drink bottle and snack for your child(ren) If you have any questions please get in touch with us. Children aged 0-5 are welcome and we encourage everyone to come along for a great morning of activities and fun. There is also an outdoor play area for those with more energy to burn. 03.01.2022 Hi there everyone, Another happy day at Little Lambs Playgroup. Today we heard the story of how Jesus told the storm to stop And it did.... We had a lot of fun today going fishing, making boats and sailing them, using our creativity as we sailed in a bigger boat and designed stormy pictures.
