Be assured that even though we cover the same topics, we do them in such a creative and different way each time that the kids will never know (but they will have the added benefit of these skills and focuses being subtly cemented in each week ). 11.01.2022 Little Martial Arts are currently hiring staff. We are looking for enthusiastic mums/dads/ who would love to work with kids (2-6yo). Youll be joining a fantastic crew of trainers who are all about making a positive difference to our young ones.... We have places to fill immediately and were also looking long term to further our expansion. The hours are mostly in the morning after school drop off although we may have some opportunities after school pick up and/or saturdays (if youre interested in that). The money is great and the personal rewards for making a positive impact on our little ones is very fulfilling. We run a comprehensive "train the trainer" program which by the end of, will make you an expert in teaching the skills developed for this training group. This consists of: one on one coaching, shadowing current trainers during live sessions, and access to over 60 on-line "train the trainer" videos. We will place you into a leadership position once we are 100% satisfied that youre up to it and you are 100% confident with it. You will be trained and supported all the way. We have 9 sessions a week all ready to go (Aspley area atm) once your training is all complete. From 2021 we can offer many more hours in many more areas.
