24.01.2022 Getting back into podcasting with my new mobile setup. Yes, I am in my cupboard space so I can have some sound proofing. New episode out soon! #podcasting #podcastlife #leadership #mentoring #sharingknowledge #tasmania #likeaboss #littlethingsconsulting

23.01.2022 What interesting times we live in. I have been working at home for over 12 months but didn't realise how much I coped by goung out for coffee and just simply taking a break from the home office. However I think we are incredibly lucky that we have the tools to work remotely. #staysafe #stayhome #workingfromhome #girlbosslife #homesweethome

21.01.2022 Check out my new podcastepisode! You will also notice that it is no longer called "A Little Podcasting" but instead Leadership Shenanigans. This change was to better help people find my podcast because it has "Leadership" in the title. I also plan to have a bit more fun with it. So glad to finally get over my podcast procrastination hump .

20.01.2022 What a fantastic Leadership Summit. I was privileged enough to chair the two day event as well as presenting on Resilience and delivering a workshop on Driving Change. #littlethingsconsulting #leadership #facilitation #mc #resilience #change #makeithappen #girlbosslife

20.01.2022 Been a busy little beaver this week, recorded and uploaded a podcast as well as filming and editing this video. Hope you like it. I wanted a video for my website that describes what I do as a consultant, its not perfect but I am really happy with it. You will have to excuse how much I love all I do... I say I love ... a lot in this video. Let me know what you think. Fiona x

19.01.2022 To all my wonderful followers, I have made the decision to return to employment whilst keeping myself available for after-hours consulting services as I do not wish to lose sight of what I have started. I also feel it's important to me to keep my hand in management so I can continue to grow as a consultant with real-world experience, hence I will be working as a Program Manager from next Monday. Therefore from next week, I will be focusing on the aspects of Little Things Consulting that I love such as blogging about leadership, developing my podcast and research on toxic workplaces with the commencement of my PhD. Needless to say, I will be busy ... just the way I like it. Thank you to everyone for your continuing support for me and Little Things Consulting. Fiona :)

15.01.2022 Check out my new podcast - Episode 6 - A Psychopaths Playground and an employees nightmare - https://www.podbean.com/eu/pb-qhi96-e256ae This episode discusses psychopaths in the workplace during a pandemic and how they can thrive in an environment of fear and use the pandemic as another tool to manipulate and be crawl to employees and others.

14.01.2022 Well a new year has begun and everyone is planning for what's ahead. There is something to be said for turning over to a new year that makes you feel refreshed and ready to take on the world again. I hope you achieve your goals - Fiona #2020 #newyear #goalsetting #newbeginnings #makeithappen #littlethingsconsulting #leadership

13.01.2022 What a fantastic article. I struggle with self-doubt myself; Am I doing a good job? Did I make the right decision? The mind can be a powerful tool that can lift you up high and drag you down low. Others will only believe in you if you believe in yourself

11.01.2022 Funny story ... you know how last week I said I would be busy; working, studying and running a consulting business and that I was excited about returning to work.... well the role wasn't a good fit for me so I chose to resign. Guess I am not Wonder Woman after all Good news! I am back to working for myself full time for now while keeping my options open. I continue to look forward to what is ahead for me and Little Things Consulting

11.01.2022 Really enjoying the Facebook visit to Launceston with lots of great ideas to grow my business. Thank you everyone for your ongoing support, I realise how important my encouraging followers are. Thank you

06.01.2022 A new Blog Post sharing a few lessons I learnt from the Advancing Wonen's Leadership in Tasmania Summit last week. I have also included some recruitment advice if you are wanting to employ a great leader. Feel free to share :) Enjoy Fiona

06.01.2022 A little light reading for a Friday afternoon - Have a great weekend - Fiona

04.01.2022 ***GIVE AWAY*** I hope everyone is staying safe in these crazy times. I was having a clean up and found I had an excess of workbooks on "Driving Change and Transformation as a Leader - A guide to understanding and surviving change", from a workshop I did last year and thought everyone could do with some FREE reading material. No catch: just want to share some knowledge. This 24 page booklet takes change management from a new angle using a theory I developed to help my workshop participants think differently about managing change. In the comments below share a single word that describes the best leader you have ever had and send an email to [email protected] with the address you would like me to post your free booklet to. Fiona :) Take Care and Stay Safe.

03.01.2022 A lovely post from a happy customer
