25.01.2022 It is very exciting to announce that all Little T’s Events this Summer will be Proudly supporting Black Dog Institute. $1 from every entry will go to the Black Dog Institute plus any money raised on the day of each event. The focus of supporting this awesome organisation is to raise funds towards research, mainly the BITE BACK Program https://www.blackdoginstitute.org.au//digital-t/bite-back/ which is the very first online positive psychology program designed to improve ...the overall well being and resilience of young Australians aged 13-16 years old. Also YAM: Youth Aware of Mental Health https://www.blackdoginstitute.org.au/education-servi//yam/ . This is an interactive school-based program for young people aged 13-17 where they learn to explore mental health together in a judgement free space. Anyone who suffers from Mental Health will benefit from funds raised by Black Dog Institute with suicide the leading cause of death for Australians aged 15-44 and by 2030 depression will be the leading health concern worldwide. I believe that with education and raising funds for research for the above programs is a step in the right direction. So thank you to all entrants who have entered the first Little T’s Event on Saturday 10 October 2020 and to those who can donate on the day. It’s going to be an epic day.

24.01.2022 Awesome turn out for race 3 last Sunday morning. It was great to see so many kids improve from race 2 and that was after the holidays. Well done to you all and it was good to see some big T’s racing in the 14-16 years age group. Looking forward to race 4 where the kids get to ride off road

19.01.2022 Welcome to Little T’s Events - Canberra’s only Triathlon event for kids only! Yes, you heard right, an event exclusively for kids- sorry Mum’s and Dad’s but you are sitting this one out. Little T’s Events will provide kids aged from 7-13 years the opportunity to participate in triathlon on a regular basis in the amazing facilities at the Stromlo Leisure Centre and Stromlo Forest Park. The event aims to bring more kids into the sport of triathlon and for them to have their ow...n event, encouraging a healthy active and fun lifestyle from an early age. It doesn’t matter your ability as it is fun for all levels. Visit www.littletsevents.com.au for further information. Registration for the first event opens 1 August 2020. Due to COVID and the constant changes occurring across the country no initial fee for registration will be taken. A link will be emailed to registrants in September to arrange payment.

18.01.2022 Thanks Dynamic Motivation MTB for supporting this event. Great for the kids that participate in your great Mountain Biking programs who want to mix it up a little. Great fun. Entries close late Thursday 11 March for Sundays race. If the kids can’t do Sundays race then look at the last Off Road Triathlon of the Summer on Sunday 18 April. 13.01.2022 This was epic with wet and winding conditions but it didn’t stop nearly a full field experience a whole new event with an open water swim (in the pool), a wet, cold and muddy mtn bike ride with a get me into a hot shower ASAP run. So proud of all these kids this morning. There were plenty of smiles and yes some tears but that would have been the hardest race for you kids today. Thanks to parents, volunteers, #stromloleisurecentre and #stromloforestpark for a great first off road event. Little Ts = Little Legends

10.01.2022 Canberra’s only kids triathlon events are here. Enter the first race now. Be quick as entries are limited for the first event on Saturday 10 October 2020 at Stromlo Leisure Centre/Stromlo Forest Park. No need to pay now just register your interest and entry payment will be request from 14 September. All participants will receive an Event T’Shirt, Swim Cap, Little T’s wrist band and a McDonalds finishing certificate/voucher, wahoo .
