21.01.2022 Freedom within safe boundaries. As a mum and kids yoga teacher is not easy to find the right balance between rules and freedom, between structure and creati...vity. But when I do...magic happens!!! There are certain basic agreements we need to keep to be able to function as a family, as a community and as a Yoga class. Freedom shapes children and adults as strong individuals. Investing time and effort, becoming their friend is easier and way more rewarding than getting upset and fighting with them!! With both my daughters and my amazing students I nurture the connection...listening to their little stories, being interested in them and their lives and learning all about their likes and dislikes.
