09.01.2022 Saturday night (last night) at Eatfitlive health was filled with amazing people it was lovely to be in the building the energy was really sort of wholesome and ...fulfilling and well it just felt good to be there Everybody that walks through the door brings their amazingness with them. LOVE it. We had Valentine Ferreira first session of the 5 week Ayurvedic living series and it was officially a full house and we had a light + live sound session on with Somatonal which was next level as it always is - such an embodied experience !
