23.01.2022 Live2tri club is organising a long run this Sunday from New Farm park starting at 6am. Meet in the car park inside the front gate. Run will be up to 1 hour in length however you can run for a shorter time if you wish. All levels welcome and nobody left behind. Free event and coffee afterwards. Regular events and sessions will be on the agenda in 2021. Please stay posted and tell your friends to like Live2tri club... 23.01.2022 NEW SESSION ALERT RUN CLUB - SPEED INTERVALS -WEDNESDAY'S 6AM CAMS Run Cub now offers a morning run session at 6am Wednesday's with experienced run coach Phil H...ungerford. This session runs for 1hr and includes track style interval work. Suitable for all levels - you do not need to be a fast runner to do interval work. Meet at CAMS at 6am. This session commences Wednesday 5 February - first session next week. Bookings essential through MBO. See more
