03.01.2022 LOVE my probiotics!! This is a great testimonial from Jody... WARNING: Poo Talk... I have had bad digestion my whole life and on average would poo every five to ten days. Extreme, but I was so used to it, it was normal. Finally started taking these high quality Probiotics and can now say I have pooed three days in a row. I feel strange, in a good way. My body is going through major changes all over. It took 7 satchets over 3 days to go the first time after probably 6 days since the last bowel movement so I know my internals were in a really bad way.
