14.01.2022 WHAT DOES BEING HEALTHY MEAN TO YOU? When I think about health, it is having a good balance in life, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. To me, it is the thing I am most grateful for because it facilitates so many other aspects in my life. Eating the right foods, like fresh fruit, vegetables & protein. Drinking water, daily exercise. vitamins & supplements to ensure a healthy balance, to maintain the best shape possible for oneself.... Healthy relationships are very important and play a major role in our mental health. Time spent with family & friends, Self-care & giving your body rest when it needs it. Getting enough sleep and allocating time to self reflection, whether that be journaling, meditating or moments of stillness.
