25.01.2022 I came back from Japan on the 10th of March Japan had 568 cases when we left. Today they sit on 1007 an increase but a fair increase.... In Australia when we returned on the 10th March we had 112 cases. Today we sit on 1071 cases. 9.5 times in less then 2 weeks. If this happens in another 2 weeks We will have over 10,000 cases Forget about money, hoarding or work be safe stay clean make sure others are clean and healthy. We will get through this faster and be able to recover quicker and go back to normal life. If this was war we would help each other out so think of it as a war on Coronavirus all you have to do is stay home as much as possible and stay clean and you are doing your deed to everyone. Leaders will help with money, food, hospitals and transport cause they to want to get over this shit as fast as possible as well. 17.01.2022 I want to share some sh#t Before 2019 started my goals were to work on mind, body and spirit. After working hard in my life’s work it was taking a toll on me ph...ysically and emotionally. After not sleeping well, having stress due to over thinking and feeling of lack, I lost too much weight. Also having Chronic back pain didn’t help. I wasn’t healthy in those areas of my life. Those who know me well know of other vices that added to my problems. Thankful that I did decide to change. Because there have been dramatic positive changes. I’ve learned how to sleep better by quieting my thinking mind. Learning about meditation and awareness was the first step that completely opened me up to new possibilities. By getting more sleep my body could recover from all the hard work and long hours of physical work. My weight went from 66kg to 74/75kg currently. Through great sleep and meditation I fixed my back myself yes that’s right MYSELF a herniated disc in my back that has caused me major pain daily for 10 years. Now I have minor lower back pain but the major pain has completely gone. No chiropractor/doctor/physiotherapist could fix and said I needed an operation. Because my pain had gone I had the confidence to start learning how to surf a dream I always put off for silly reasons like not feeling welcomed and not having confidence. These changes are now exponentially going to improve all aspects of my life. Health, relationship,business, family and my soul. I also became an uncle to the lovely Iris. Snowboarded in Japan for the first time And found new hope in a world that seemed harder then it should I want to send a deep warm appreciation for my parents who have always been there for my ups and downs. My love and partner Dragana who is an amazing person whose journey is as wild as mine this year. I love you for many reasons but one that stands out this year is your courage and the passion for the kids you helped teach. They were lucky to have you as a teacher and I’m sure you impacted their lives in a positive way just like mine. The people I work with you all are amazing and I look forward to growing our relationships further in 2020( we are taking it up a level so prepare yourselves). I also farewell one person who has set a big benchmark in quality of our products in both bakeries and helped us achieve 3 business awards. Bobby i wish you the best and hope you find a truely inspiring next adventure. you can achieve whatever you wish. I thank you for everything that you did or didn’t do and i love you too just not in a romantic way. And lastly our customers. You are all contributing to great things in our community and to the new customers in Dee why I can’t thank you guys enough for embracing the burek guy and showing dee why what our cultural food is about. Some of you have become really close friends and people that I look up to. Till next year I wish you all a great holiday season. And...... I’ll leave you with some advice. If you feel like something is wrong physically or mentally take action no one else will do it for you but they can help you. Look after yourselves if you don’t know how to...... learn how to. You will have a much better life and you all deserve it.
