15.01.2022 A great way to make your baby food super healthy is to cook the vegetables with bones. Here I used some shanks which were for our dinner, threw the bones back in the slow cooker, added celery, carrot and pumpkin, covered with water and cooked over night. Strained the vegetables out in the morning and whizzed them up. So much goodness, so little effort
